As a business leader, I am an ardent believer that the workplace should be a place where people grow, develop and thrive. In my own efforts to live this out, I have twice led a business to be a finalist in the “Best Places to Work in New Zealand” (small business category). I have been involved in education and training for more than two decades and frequently travel overseas to learn from the leaders in their field. In the past 2 years alone I have trained with Tony Robbins, Dr John Demartini, Scott Harris and Keith Cunningham. Based on the belief that, in all areas of life, the recipe for success is consistently 80% mindset and 20% tactics, I work hard to ensure our training places as much emphasis on personal development as professional development. Having spent 18 years as a leader in the service industry, I am passionate about growing people. My background is in large format retail management, specialising in team leadership, marketing and customer experience. I’ve been privileged to see increased store culture, consistent year-on-year sales growth and professional development of the people I lead. I love to use my business experience to increase performance and productivity in the organisations we serve.

I have 16 years of prior experience in Operations and Administration roles, working predominantly in London for large corporates and banks. Now living in NZ, I love being in Whanganui not only for the lifestyle but also for my role at Proven Performance. Working and supporting a great team whose passion is to grow and develop individuals and elevate performance. My role at Proven Performance is predominantly Accounts and Finance and I also am responsible for the HR Administration.
